1. Personal information
1.1 By registering on "mp3flix" Site ("Site") User confirms that he/she is a person of legal capacity, at least 14 years old.

1.2 Registration on the Site is a permission for registered person (User) to MP3FLIX Company (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), the owner of the Site, to store, process and otherwise use his/her personal information for 5 (Five) years from the moment of registration or the last date of Account (login to the Site) use.

1.3 Confidentiality of personal data is ensured in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Federal Law № FZ-152 "On Personal Data".

1.4 Personal data of Users, including non-citizens of the Russian Federation, is transferred, stored and used in the Russian Federation, where the servers of the Company are located. Confidentiality of personal data is provided in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (see clause 1.3)

1.5 The Company shall be entitled to collect, process and store any information, which Users leave on the Website by entering in the data request forms, as well as transmit to the Website in any other way. Such information includes, but is not limited to, personal data (see clause 1.4), IP address, data about web browsers, data about visited pages (including cookies), data entered in search forms and other forms of entering information on the Site.

1.6 For the purposes of this Privacy Policy any information which allows to identify the User not only as a User of the Website (login, password, etc.), but also as a real physical person (e-mail address, photo (avatar) and other data entered by the User in the personal data) is considered as personal data of the User.

1.7 The Company shall have the right to verify that the personal data which the User has provided upon registration is owned by the User in any lawful manner.

1.8 If the Company has reason to believe that the User's personal information is incorrect or mistaken, the Company has the right to ask the User to verify (correct) their personal information and/or block the User's Account until the User provides the correct personal information. In some cases, the Company may request User identification documents.

1.9 The User has the right to request the deletion of his account by contacting the Company at the email address specified below. In this case the User understands and agrees that he will not be able to log in to the Site and use the services of the Site through a deleted account, but has the opportunity to create a new account. The Company reserves the right to store information related to User's account (including deleted accounts) in its database.

1.10. The Company shall have the right to block a User's Account if it has not been used by the User for more than two years, or to delete such Account and the information materials associated with it. User agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any such actions.

2. User Profile
2.1 When registering a User on the Website the User's profile is automatically created, which includes a number of personal data provided by the User, including their name (nickname), place of residence, photo (avatar). When logging in to the Site a registered User has the ability to edit his profile.

2.2 This profile is visible to all Users of the Site, regardless of the fact of registration. In this case the User's e-mail address is not disclosed.

2.3 The Site has an internal notification system, which allows registered Users to contact each other via email. Notification of received messages is sent by the Site to the User's email address specified at the time of registration. The User has an opportunity to deactivate this system and thus not receive messages from other Users of the Site.

3. Data Privacy
3.1 MP3FLIX Company (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), the owner of "mp3flix" website, guarantees that personal information of registered User won't be used in ways prohibited by the law, including those with explicit intention to harm User.

3.2 The Company undertakes not to pass on User's personal information to any third parties without legal grounds.

3.3 The Company shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from the actions of third parties, including the Company's hosting provider, software errors, unreliable communication channels, as well as the illegal actions of hackers and other intruders.
